VALPOI: The Community Health Center Valpoi will be holding a special vaccination camp to vaccinate villagers against Kyasanur Forest Disease (KFD) on December 6 and 7, at Charwanem and Sonal, respectively.
The Health Officer Dr Gajanan Naik has appealed to the villagers to come forward in large numbers and take the benefit of the vaccine. Other than these days, on every Tuesday and Friday KFD vaccination is carried out at CHC Valpoi.
Earlier, since November 21, camps were carried out at Dhamshe, Riven, Kodal, Velgue and Khumtal and 282 villagers were vaccinated.
