VASCO: Hospitals are expected to ensure clean surroundings, but a hospital in Vasco is surrounded with garbage and this has attracted stray animals to the area.
Speaking to Herald, residents in the area stated that ever since the Mormugao Municipal Council (MMC) removed the garbage bin from outside the hospital, people have been dumping garbage along the roadside and MMC has failed to clear the garbage which has accumulated on the road.
