Land filling activity stopped at Fatorda

District authorities along with the SGPDA Member Secretary on Tuesday acted against land filling activity at an open space at Fatorda this morning.
Following a complaint by local MLA Damu Naik, the SGPDA Member secretary Rajesh Naik and the district authorities stopped land filing activity at the open space.
Upon finding that heavy machinery was engaged in the work, the authorities later directed the operator to lift the construction debris dumped at the site.
