NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Thursday adjourned the appeal of Sociedade de Fomento Industrial Private Limited, giving four weeks as the last chance to the Commissioner of Customs to file the counter affidavit. Registrar Rajesh Kumar Goel passed the order listing the case again on Dec 4.
