MARGAO: Maina-Curtorim Police on Thursday served a notice to Aam Admi Party (AAP) Convenor Rahul Mhambre to appear before police on July 17 at 11.30 am for investigation on party member’ morcha against Nuvem MLA Wilfred D’sa held on July 11.

AAP volunteers under the leadership of Mhambre and State Vice-President Pratima Coutinho had marched to D’sa’s house to demand an apology with regard to the attack on AAP volunteers. Police said that other leaders of AAP will be served notice soon. FIR has been registered against Pratima AAP volunteers. AAP too filed a counter-complaint against the MLA, his wife Freda D’sa but yet to be registered.
