A 24 year old man from Andhra Pradesh T Ramesh Tograju but presently residing at Kharewado, Vasco was seriously injured, after he slit his throat near Hindu Crematorium, Vasco, on Sunday at about 9 pm.
According to sources in 108 ambulance service, the man, suspected to be about 29 years, slit his own throat.
His vocal cord was cut and was not in a position to speak.
Sources further informed that the victim was admitted in GMC Hospital at Bambolim in critical condition and was undergoing treatment.
