He stated that Sadashiv Marathe was an admirer of former chief minister late Dayanand Bandodkar. He had set up three schools at Mollem, Dharbandora and Pillaye in the latter’s name and wanted to establish an educational hub on the land that has been grabbed the MGP leader. However, as this land is grabbed, the dream is unfulfilled. The so-called MGP leader should hand over the land to Bahusaheb Bandodkar Shikshan Sanstha, which was founded by the late MLA.

PONDA: Former chief minister Ravi Naik alleged that an MGP leader had grabbed around four lakh square metres of land at Dharbandora belonging to the late MLA Sadashiv Marathe. He also raised doubts about the sale deeds of the land and demanded that the government look into the matter.
