Former Tourism Minister, Mickky Pacheco was on Thursday granted permission by the South Goa Sessions court to travel to Delhi for a period of one month.
Pacheco’s lawyer Vivek Naik informed that the court has made it clear that there is no requirement for the former Minister to seek the court permission while traveling to other parts of the country and that he can intimate the investigating agency in this respect before leaving the state.
He said his client will have to now seek the court permission only while leaving the country.
The former Minister had sought the permission of the court to travel of Delhi for political reasons. He had twice before sought the court permission to travel to Delhi and abroad.
