Minor’s suicide: accused remanded to police custody

MARGAO: Judicial Magistrate First Class remanded Saifulla Shaikh, the main accused in the abetment of suicide of a minor to four days police custody. It may be recalled that police had arrested Saifulla following a complaint from his mother-in-law that he along with his mother had intimidated her younger daughter who was reportedly sexually abused by the accused around six months ago.
