MARGAO: As a strict warning to all vendors involved in encroachment and illegal activities, Margao Municipal Council on Monday demolished two sheds erected by the vendors illegally.
A team of the civic body led by Market Inspector Santu Fernandes, along with the police protection demolished both the sheds. However, allegations of corruption and discrimination were also witnessed at the site from one of the vendors.
