VASCO: The excavation at Bogmalo was reportedly stalled on Wednesday by the Navy officials.
The Navy officials have asked the person excavating the place to produce all the permissions for the excavation and development of the land and only then proceed with the work. A top Navy official, however, has confirmed that there are no NOCs for the work.
The excavation at this land has been in news for quite some time as this work has been happening in the funnel zone of the air strip.
