NEW DELHI: No Supreme Court judgment came for the second day on Thursday on the review petitions of the Goa government and Vedanta Limited for resuming the iron ore mines in the that are lying closed for the last three years.
Justices D Y Chandrachud and M R Shah were to decide in chamber on Wednesday on the judgment of February 7, 2018 by another bench under which all mines were shut down. The verdict, if decided in the chamber proceedings, is made public on the Supreme Court’s website, but nothing on the matter has come up so far.
