Starting this week, Herald will tour all the 25-wards of Margao Municipal Council and get you a ground report of what your councillor has done for you and what he has failed to. The Herald prepares for Margao’s citizens, a report card to evaluate your councillor before you vote for a change in your council in October 2015.
