CANACONA: Patches of oil were seen washed ashore at Galgibaga beach on Wednesday. Environmentalists here raised red flag over oil spills and washing of oil carrying ships in the high seas off Goas coast. A concerned villager venting his anger posted on face book saying that as if the newly constructed NH66 link road was not enough, the Galgibaga turtle nesting beach has a monster in the form of oil.
