MARGAO: The Judicial Magistrate First Class Mapusa on Thursday remanded one Ivory Coast national to judicial custody for overstaying in India without a valid visa.
According to Konkan Railway Police, Kenga Anenan was arrested at Thivim Railway Station on November 30, for overstaying in India without a valid visa. They have registered an offence under Section 465, 471 of Indian Penal Code and Section 7(3) (1) of Foreigners Order and Section 14 of Foreigners Act.
