MARGAO: The Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Margao on Saturday granted a conditional bail to one Anand Luhera, aged 40, of Rumdamol-Davorlim arrested by Colva Police for allegedly outraging modesty of a girl, aged 22, from one village of Salcete.
The court directed the police to release Luhera on bail after he deposit Rs10,000 with one surety in like amount and report at the police station.

Based on a complaint, Colva Police Station Police Sub-Inspector Deepa Deykar had registered an offence against Luhera under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code.
Police said that as per the complainant, the alleged accused person outraged her modesty. Later, the accused was arrested and lodged in the custody.
