CANACONA: Canacona police arrested a local person for allegedly possessing 4 gms of charas valued around Rs 4000 and a case is registered against under section 20 (P) (ii) (A) NDPS act. Police said that one J Pagi of Canacona was caught red handed for allegedly possessing the narcotic at Palolem beach and is placed under arrest and remanded in police custody till tomorrow. PSI Remedios D’Souza is investigating the case under the supervision of PI Rajendra Prabhudesai.
