PONDA: A person committed suicide by jumping into the river from Usgao Bridge at around 11 am, on Wednesday.
After receiving the information, Ponda Police and Fire Personnel rushed to the spot.
The fire personnel conducted search operations and even used under water cameras. However, he could not be traced till late evening.
According to the passersby, the person, who jumped into river, is an Usgao local.
