PANJIM: The Children’s Court has reserved its order on the bail plea of suspended chief swimming coach Surijit Ganguly to October 4, after hearing arguments into the matter for two days.
Denying all allegations, the accused has contended that the rape charge against him is a trap to ruin his career. On the other hand, the prosecution said that there could be more victims and releasing Ganguly on bail might deter them from reporting the incidents.
