PANJIM: The grand fourth day parade of Shigmo floats parade was held in Panjim on Saturday and revellers swung by the energetic dhol beats and got into the festive mood to celebrate the festival.
The artistes performed folk dances to the traditional beats of the dhols, while gigantic floats enacted famous Hindu mythological scenes.

The Shigmotsav parade in Panjim was a mix of folk costumes, traditional art forms, larger-than-life-floats, music, and flashy colours attracting locals, domestic and international tourists.
Earlier, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant flagged off the floats parade in the presence of Union Minister of State for Ports Shripad Naik; Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte; BJP State President Sadanand Shet Tanavade and other dignitaries.
