Pravin Arlekar, MLA of Pedne, conducted an inspection of the ongoing construction of the Chandel–Hasapur bridge, directing officials to expedite the work and ensure its completion ahead of the monsoon season.
During the visit, the MLA reviewed the progress on-site and stressed the importance of timely execution to avoid disruptions during heavy rains. He instructed the concerned authorities and contractor to speed up the pace of construction while maintaining quality standards.

The inspection was carried out in the presence of local representatives, including Sarpanch Bala Shetkar, Deputy Sarpanch Ruchira Ramesh Malik, and Panch Mahesh Naik. The contractor, project engineer, and several villagers were also present during the visit.
Locals expressed hope that the accelerated work would lead to the bridge being completed on schedule, improving connectivity in the area before the onset of the monsoon.
