MAPUSA: The All Goa Photographers and Videographers Association on Friday requested Bardez Deputy Collector Kapil Phadte to grant them permission to travel and cover weddings and other such events during the lockdown period.
In a letter to the Bardez Deputy Collector, the Association claimed that their business have suffered badly during the last COVID lockdown and now this year when they had some hope of getting business, the State has again gone under lockdown due to rising COVID cases.
The Association requested the Deputy Collector to grant permission to the members of Association and other people in same profession since they have to travel across the State to attend and cover the weddings/events.
The Association assured that they will abide by all the SOPs and guidelines issued by the government with regards to COVID-19 while they are doing their job.
