In his complaint filed before the Colva police, social activist Jose Rodrigues has alleged that Benaulim sarpanch Remedios Fernandes behaved rudely at one point, asking for the police to remove him from the panchayat hall, when he asked a question about the minutes of
the gram sabha meeting, which were distributed to the members.
