CALANGUTE: Saligao police on Thursday booked the driver of a Skoda Rapid car, under Sections 185 and 184 Motor Vehicles Act, for driving his car in a drunken state and in a rash and negligent manner.
The Saligao police have seized the vehicle and a report has been submitted to the Regional Transport Office (RTO) against the driver.
