MARGAO: A guest house owner from Benaulim has demanded action against a bar and restaurant for playing loud music during night hours.
In a complaint to the Colva Police, guest house owner M Naik stated that he had first filed a complaint on November 18, last year, but the police failed to take any action against the restaurant owner till date.
He mentioned that loud music is played by the bar and restaurant owner beyond the permissible limits and beyond the permissible time. The music is played till early morning causing severe hardship and discomfort to the tourists and other guests residing in his guest house. The bar and restaurant is situated adjacent to the guest house.
