Carrying forward the vision of late Ravi Naik for the development of Ponda, an electric vehicle has been added to the Ponda Municipal Council’s fleet. The vehicle was handed over at the municipal premises on the initiative of Ritesh Naik. Officials said the addition is expected to support civic operations and improve service efficiency. The move also aligns with efforts to encourage the use of environmentally friendly vehicles in municipal services, contributing to reduced emissions and sustainable urban development in the town.
