PONDA: Former Minister and Marcaim MLA Sudin Dhavlikar addressing to media reminded the Chief Minister Pramod Sawant to provide relief to Goans in distress who had lost their livelihood and jobs to COVID-19 Pandemic. He said not only he but also opposition MLAs had made similar demand.
He said CM declared Rs 2 lakh relief to relatives of COVID decease, in similar manner there is a badly need to provide help to those who lost jobs and livelihood. Sudin regretted that still government is not prepared to help those lost livelihood.
“During second wave the condition of such people is worsened and the government should use some money from Rs 300 crore GST sanctioned to Goa by the Union Government”, he opined.
