PONDA: The new Board of Directors ( BODs) for Ponda Urban Cooperative Credit Society were elected on Wednesday, at the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies (ARCS) office at Curti. The results were announced on Thursday.
It may be recalled that the ARCS has recently dissolved the BoDs of this society and also disqualified them forever, following auditors’ report about mismanagement and violations of various cooperative law provisions. ARCS has also appointed three member administrative Committee to look into the affairs till the new BoDs was elected.
The new BoDs panel includes Anil P Haldankar, Shankanad Gaonkar, Ganu D Naik, Adv Ramkrishna S Naik, Hanumant Sawant, Jana Naik, Ankush R Naik, Darshani D Kurtikar,Sudipta S Naik, Pratima R Kashalkar.
