PONDA: A visibly upset Industries Minister and Shiroda MLA Mahadev Naik on Saturday accused the PWD of deliberately delaying work on the Mhaisal dam project in Shiroda.
At a function in the presence of Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar, Naik complained that other projects were also kept pending by PWD.
“The pending PWD projects have delayed development work in Shiroda constituency and I will not tolerate this anymore,” warned Naik.
The Mhaisal dam is being planned at a cost of Rs 50 crore.
