PONDA: A man from Rajasthan was injured after he was shot at by a resident of Karaimol-Shiroda on Monday afternoon.
Mukesh Gujar was on his way with an ice cream cart on Monday at 12 noon, when the accused allegedly fired a shot from his air gun, injuring Mukesh on his thigh.
Acting on a complaint filed by Mukesh’s brother, Sarwant, Ponda Police registered an offence against the resident of Karaimol, under Section 337 (Rash and Negligent Act, causing injury) IPC. Police have also recovered the gun used by the accused.
