Bhat said apart from physical education, the ‘khel khel me’, yoga books based on National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) syllabus prepared by Patanjali Yog Peeth will be adopted for students from Std I to Std IV.
“Today, students are seen facing problems such as stress, attention seeking, suicide, depression, lack of concentration, exam phobia, behavioral problems, relationship issues and addiction to drugs, tobacco and alcohol. These issues are seen at rise in recent times,” Director said.
