PONDA: A team of office-bearers of Rashtriya OBC Mahasang Goa led by Chairman Madu Naik met Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant in presence of Shiroda MLA Subhash Shirodkar and submitted a memorandum to the government.
The Mahasang demanded that the government on priority basis frame rules for immediate implementation of the reservation for OBC, ST, and SC students for post graduate courses at GMC from current academic year 2021-22 which commences soon. The reservation for PG courses includes two per cent for SC, 12 per cent for ST and 27 per cent for OBC. The Chief Minister assured to look into matter.
