PANJIM: Adv Aires Rodrigues has challenged before the High Court of Bombay at Goa the order passed by Children’s Court acquitting singer Remo Fernandes in the 2015 minor girl verbal abuse case. The appeal will come up for hearing on Oct 3.
Seeking that the order acquitting Fernandes be set aside, Rodrigues in his appeal has stated that the order of the Children’s Court was legally perverse being contrary to law and evidence on record. Rodrigues was the original complainant in the case.
