BICHOLIM: Bicholim police have registered an offense against an unknown motorcyclist for the death of scooter rider Gajanan Chari (73), resident of Pawanwada-Navelim.
According to Bicholim police, the deceased was proceeding towards Pawanwada from Kudne on his two-wheeler when he was hit by an oncoming motorcyclist.
He was admitted to GMC, Bambolim, where he succumbed to his injuries.
The accused has been booked under Sections 279 and 304 of IPC. ASI Ankush Sawant is investigating the case.
