SANKHALI: Ten gadda owners from Gokulwadi, Sankhali said that they will not shift there gaddas from Gokulwadi to Ravindra and near PWD office, as the move would affect their business.
Sankhali Municipal Council had issued notices, to all ten gadda owners directing them to shift from Gokulwadi to Sankhali Ravindra and near PWD office.
We are running the gaddas here for past 15 years and are very stable here. If we are shifted to another place it would affect our business, says a gadda owner Gaurish Ghadi.
Every day we pay Rs 80 to Sankhali Municipal council as a sopa and we also have the Municipality NOC, adds another gadda owner.
If the Municipal Council is not ready to listen to us, we will hold a morcha, another gadda owner, Chandan Mayekar, told this correspondent.
