PANJIM: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant underscoring the need to create awareness about plasma donation among COVID19 recovered patients stressed upon providing quality food & providing good hygiene in all COVID centers.
The Chief Minister in a review meeting also asked collectors to ask the government officials, recovered from COVID19 to come forward and donate plasma.
In a video-conference meeting, CM took a report regarding availability of doctors, ambulances, occupancy of beds, disposal of medical waste & security arrangement.
Sawant held a comprehensive review meeting with the officers incharge of all Covid Care Centres in Goa over video conferencing.
It was highlighted during the course of the meeting that more than 1000 recovered patients from Coronavirus infection are officials of various Goa Government Departments.
CM also asked officers to be vigilant & promptly resolve any issue that creates inconvenience to patients, whenever they arise. Both District Collectors also briefed CM regarding COVID management at COVID centre in their respective Districts.
Collector North R Menaka (IAS) & Collector South Ajit Roy (IAS) were also present for the meeting.
