The Supreme Court has granted the Goa government a two-week extension to submit the investigation report linked to appointments of four Junior Scale Officers of the Goa Civil Service—Brucelee Jesus Nazario Savio Quadros, Pravin Shirodka, Nilesh Naik and Daulatrao Rane Sardesai.

The report is being prepared following an FIR filed by the Vigilance Department, which is probing alleged irregularities in the recruitment process. The State informed the court that additional time was required to place the findings on record.
