MARGAO: It's official. Former PWD Minister Churchill Alemao's dream Sinquetim-Benaulim bridge will now be restricted only to a footbridge, even as the government has finally decided to commission the Assolna-Cavelossim bridge on February 16, but only for light vehicles.
