PANJIM: The Congress party has urged the government to solve the employment crisis at Automobile Corporation of Goa Limited wherein workers are allegedly being sacked or forced to resign.
“In the first six months, the ACGL sacked 30-40 workers and now, some of them are pressurized to tender their resignations,” party spokesman Sudip Tamhankar told reporters. To a question, he said the party will support the workers if they stage an agitation.
