Sonsodo rape accused remanded

MARGAO, JUNE 30
The accused arrested in the Sonsodo rape case has been remanded to seven days police custody by the local Magistrate’s court on Wednesday.
Margao police said the accused Prashant Tari is required for further interrogations in police custody as part of investigations in the rape case.
The accused was identified by the victim girl on Tuesday.
