PANJIM: The State government has appointed Ad-hoc District Judge-I (Fast Track Court), Mapusa as special judicial officer to perform as functions of the court to hear matters related to land acquisition of Mopa airport project.
In a notification by Revenue Department on Wednesday, the special judicial officer will perform functions of the court as specified in clause (d) of Section 3 of Land Acquisition Act 1894 in respect to the acquisition of land for Mopa Airport Project.
