PANJIM: The North Goa Principal District and Sessions Court, Panjim has sealed the office premises of the Principal General Manager of Telecom situated on the second floor of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) building at Patto-Panjim for non-payment of money to a contractor.
The court ordered sealing of the office after Jayesh Patel approached the court for execution of a decree for money.
The court said that the office be sealed along with computers, air conditioner, sofa seats and a table. The matter has now been posted for next hearing on Wednesday, June 8.
