CANACONA: An Olive Ridley Turtle was found dead on Agonda beach on Tuesday morning.
The beaches of Agonda, Galgibag and Morjim are reserved nesting sites for Olive Ridley turtles.
On receiving information, the Range Forest Officer Pranay Naik of Pisonem range said he sent his guard to the site. But when he reached the site the turtle was reported to be missing. He said, “Whenever we find dead turtles we conduct post-mortem.
