PONDA: A 20-year-old rider was killed after his two-wheeler rammed into a stray cattle at Khandepar-Usgao junction on early Saturday morning.
The Ponda police gave name of the victim as Ramlal Prakash Salunke (20), a resident of Metawada, Dharbandora. The accident occurred when Salunke who was returning home rammed his two-wheeler into stray cattle.

With the collision, Salunke was thrown off his two-wheeler and suffered severe injuries. He was rushed to the Sub-District Hospital, Ponda where he was declared brought dead by the medical officer on duty. The Ponda police conducted inquest panchanama and sent the body to the hospital for post-mortem examination.
