Union asks MPT to file complaint against WISL, owner of Qing
VASCO: The workers union of Western India Shipyard Limited (WISL) on Wednesday demanded that Mormugao Port Trust (MPT) should immediately file an FIR against the officials of WISL management as well as against the owner/charterer of the cruise liner M V Qing that got grounded at the WISL floating yard some days ago.
