PONDA: The body of 28-year-old Krishna Vishnu Bhandari, a resident of Tisk-Usgao, who was feared drowned in Okambi- Khandepar River in Dharbandora, was found floating in the river on Sunday.
It may be recalled that a group of 8 youth had gone for picnic at Okamb River Dharbandora on Friday evening. Krishna entered river for a bath along with friends. However, he was reported to have gone missing in the river. His friends contacted the Ponda Police who along with the Ponda fire personnel conducted the search operations since Friday.

The youth is a native of Karnataka and was working at MRF, Tisk Usgao. He was due to get married soon.
