MARGAO: Colva Police on Wednesday arrested Francisco Rodrigues who owns the Fanchu Garage in Varca for threatening and assaulting a GoaMiles driver Maulaal Gammanuer (23) who resides at Maina Curtorim.
According to the complaint, Francisco came on his scooter, stopped the GoaMiles vehicle that had gone to collect a guest from a hotel in Varca, threatened the GoaMiles driver and also slapped him.
Police have booked a case under Section 341, 504, 323, 506 and 604 of Indian Penal Code.
