CHORAO: Krutik Chari from Vasco won the first prize in the children’s group at All Goa Singing contest organised by Gopal-Krishna Boys of Kherad-Chorao at Kherad.
The second and third prizes in the children’ group were bagged by Trushal Chari and Rahul Betkekar, while Puja Dhuri of Chorao got the fourth prize.
In the women’s group, Pranya Prakash Rawal (Diwar) won the first prize, while Sudarshana Mardolkar, Bhaghashri Gawas and Gayetri Mardolkar won second, third and fourth places respectively.
In the men’s group, Ramesh Pal of Bicholim, Dinesh Naik and Santosh Naik won the first three places.
Deputy Speaker Anant Shet was the chief guest, while Chorao Sarpanch Divya Usapkar, Panch Puja Chodankar, Shamba Kalangutkar and Dilip Fondekar were the guests of honour.
