Verna Police Book Hana Traders Proprietor Over Alleged Misappropriation of 10,969 Kg HDPE Material

Verna Police have registered a case against Hana Traders proprietor Abdul Kalam for allegedly misappropriating 10,969 kg of HDPE material entrusted to him by BLS Polymers Ltd.

According to the complaint, the material, valued at approximately ₹7.15 lakh, was handed over to Kalam for processing. However, the company has alleged that the HDPE material was neither processed nor returned as required.

The alleged failure to account for the material resulted in an estimated wrongful loss of ₹8.94 lakh to BLS Polymers Ltd., police said.

Verna Police have registered the case and are conducting further investigations into the alleged misappropriation and the circumstances surrounding the missing material.

The allegations are subject to investigation, and the accused is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
