Health Minister Vishwajit Rane on Tuesday said he prefers to focus on innovation and development in Goa rather than respond to political remarks made by the opposition. Speaking to the media, Rane said progress of the state should remain the top priority instead of engaging in political exchanges. He was responding to questions over allegations raised by the Aam Aadmi Party regarding the death of another student at BITS Pilani Goa. Rane said his department remains committed to ensuring that development works and government schemes reach people across the state. Emphasising governance over politics, he said innovation-driven growth would help strengthen Goa’s future.
